Chris Sievers – Esthetics & Nail Tech
Skin care has always been important to Chris. She decided to attend Capri Cosmetology College in Cedar Rapids when specialty licenses were implemented in the state of Iowa in 1993. Chris joined the first class of estheticians and then continued her education in nail technology. She became licensed in both Esthetics and Nail Technology in 1994 and joined ExSalonce, Ltd.   Chris attended the International Dermal Institute in Chicago and  Minneapolis to learn advanced techniques as well as usage of  our Dermalogica skin care product line.  She continues to attend ongoing Dermalogica classes. Chris performs skin care treatments customized according to type and condition of skin.  She can teach you how to do your own makeup or apply makeup for your special occasions. She provides all aspects of nail enhancement, manicures, pedicures, nail art and eyelash extensions.

Deb Sprague – Master Designer
Deb relocated to Iowa in 1998.  She has found ExSalonce, Ltd. both a fun and rewarding place to work.  A salon owner herself for 20 years in Nebraska, she enjoys her current role of just focusing on taking care of her clients.  Her many career talents are hair coloring, highlighting, perming, razor and shear cutting of hair.  She enjoys caring for feet, hands and nails with a relaxing pedicure or manicure.  She is also available for special occasion styling, ear piercing, facial waxing and eyelash extensions.  Deb is trained in the “Look Good…Feel Better” program as an American Cancer Society volunteer.  She volunteers her time to help cancer patients with wig selection and fitting during their time of need.  Deb is able to provide you with the expertise you need to choose from the many services available at our salon.

Paula Hamer – Master Designer
Paula became a licensed cosmetologist in 1980 and joined ExSalonce in 1999.   Her specialties are precision haircutting and custom coloring. While her primary focus is in hair care, she also performs manicures, skin care treatments, facial hair removal and makeup.  She teaches continued education classes for cosmetologists in Iowa.  As an American Cancer Society volunteer for the past 19 years, Paula currently serves as Area Trainer for the "Look Good…Feel Better" program. She also helps cancer patients with wig selection and fitting, and teaches monthly classes for women undergoing cancer treatment.  Paula’s approach to hairstyling involves creating a look that best suits the individual and can be easily maintained.   She always teaches her clients how to keep the style looking the way it does when they leave the salon.

Nicolette Coiner-Winn - Designer

Nicolette is pleased to join the ExSalonce family after graduating from Capri College as a cosmetologist in June 2007.  Nicolette hails from Ogden, Utah where she studied Theatre Arts at Weber State University.  After moving to Iowa in 2005 she discovered a new way to express her creativity through Cosmetology.  Nicolette is trained in the “Look Good…Feel Better” program as an American Cancer Society volunteer to help cancer patients with wig selection and fitting.  Nicolette attended the International Dermal Institute in Minneapolis to learn advanced techniques as well as usage of our Dermalogica skin care product line.  Haircutting, highlighting, perming, manicures, pedicures, skin care treatments and all forms of body waxing are just a few ways Nicolette would be happy to assist you.
