Ruthie Trudo, Owner – Master Designer

Owning her own salon was always a career goal for Ruthie. This opportunity developed in 1990 and ExSalonce, Ltd. was formed.  On July 1, 2008 ExSalonce, Ltd. celebrated 18 years as a successful salon featuring four cosmetologists and one nail technician/esthetician.

Ruthie has been a Cosmetologist for 44 years and performs all phases of hair care. Ruthie is a member of Iowa Cosmetology Educators (Ladies Section). She is certified with "Look Good … Feel Better", which is a volunteer program helping cancer patients deal with the loss of hair and the care of skin & nails.

Ruthie loves the cosmetology profession. She wants to see every employee reach their highest potential. She is deeply committed to personal advancement, continuing education, enhancement of personal skills and total client satisfaction.
